The Trojans battled through a rough weekend in the Hoosier Cup in Bloomington with a win, a tie and a loss to start September. Since then, Chatard has been on a roll.

Chatard (7-1-3) posted a 2-0 win over Plainfield, tied No. 13 Brownsburg 0-0 and defeated Evansville Central 2-1 last week. Chelsea Burns recorded all three goals in a 3-0 win over Park Tudor on Monday.

"We have competed in every game," said Chatard coach Ben Reilly. "Our defense is leading the way and keeping us in a lot of games. That allows the offense to play more stress-free. They know there is a defense behind them that can shut people down."
