He made the IFCA Junior All-State team as a defensive back and rushed for more than 1,000 yards as a tailback.

3. Joel Ankeny, Indian Creek
Indian Creek likes to pass, but the 5-6, 180-pound senior gives the Braves another option out of the backfield.

The 6-1, 215-pound all-state linebacker anchors one of the best defenses in the state.

2. Nick Martin, Bishop Chatard
At 6-5 and 260 pounds, the two-way senior lineman is a headache for the opposition wherever he lines up.

3. Walker Vleck, Indian Creek
He intercepted seven passes as a junior and is also one of Indian Creek's top receivers.
