High School Track Notes
 
 
The Chatard girls repeated as meet champions in the All-Catholic city meet with a record 160 points. Roncalli finished second with 126 points, and Cathedral took third with 110.
Sophomore Kate Muskat took first in both the 100 and 200 and third in the long jump to pace the Trojans. Junior Ebony Robinson was second in the 100 and third in the 200.
Junior Amy Davis placed second in the 1,600 and 3,200, and junior Catie Salyer was right behind in the 3,200, finishing third. Junior Kelly Gardner won both the shot put and discus, and all three of Chatard's relay teams won. The Trojans scored points in every event.
Cathedral's Emily Breslin was a double winner, placing first in the high jump and 400.
Chatard junior Andrew Poore was named the meet's outstanding athlete based on his three wins. Poore captured first in the 1,600 and 3,200, shattering the meet record in the latter by nearly 13 seconds with a time of 9:31.22. He was also part of Chatard's victorious 3,200 relay team, which set a record of 7:56.91.
