Volunteers
Volunteers needed for the Spring Musical
Work-day volunteers and seamstresses are needed to get ready for the Spring Musical.
- Seamstresses are needed to create a 1930s looking life preserver (photo provided). Simply sew some pieces of muslin together and add a tie belt.
- Seamstresses needed to cut and hem silver and red lame material to make 7 tablecloths for small 20inch cocktail tables. The dimension would be a 6ft diameter round circle.
- Supervising: Help supervise students/parents in the setting up risers, probably on our April 14th work day. One person needs to touch base prior to that with Rick LEppert, head maintenance manager, to learn how do this.
- Work Day Help: Help hanging our backdrop on April 14 work day.

Props are needed
All items will be appreciated! Contact Patti Valentine at pvalentine@bishopchatard.org if you can donate one of the following for the spring musical:
- Stuffed bulldog and a stuffed Pekinese (or something that resembles one)
- Mop and metal bucket
- Cot (simple type for camping)
- Bed pillows and bedspreads for twin sized beds: colors we can use include moss green, gold, red, yellow, navy blue, light blue
- 3 rollaway beds (small size approx. 30 in.across)
- Butterfly net
