Spiritual Life

Assisted by the chaplain and the campus ministry board, the campus ministry program concentrates on the areas of faith formation, Christian leadership and service. Retreats, school liturgy opportunities and the Christian Service Program provide the framework for the program.

The Christian Service Program at Bishop Chatard aims to expose the student to a variety of service opportunities that help him or her discover God-given gifts and interests, and remain committed to some type of Christian service for life. A unique aspect of this program is that it involves administrators and faculty-staff who meet with small groups of students each month to share service experiences, and to explore new service opportunities. Each student is required to complete 20 hours of service per school year.
