This was a really close match! After two days of rainouts, the day was dry, but VERY windy. Players from both teams were double faulting, as the breeze was blowing the service tosses all over the place. #1 S Joe Germano lost 3-6, 3-6. #2 S Michael Reidy lost in 3 sets. #3 S Zane Barnes lost 4-6, 2-6. #1 D Tommy Barrett & Andrew Nightingale lost 4-6, 2-6, while #2 D Dylan Gray & Mark DeNardin fought to a 3-6, 4-6 loss. Teamwise, we won a total of 34 games, compared to only ten last season. |
