The winner will be drawn at Chatard-a-Bration on Feb. 27, 2010. Only 200 tickets total will be sold! You need not be present to win.

Winnings are considered taxable income. Winner is responsible for paying taxes. Tuition may be used only by a dependent of the winner during the 2010-2011 school year. Prize does not include Capital Fee. (Raffle # 118531)
