1st Annual Summer Legal Institute

The Just The Beginning Foundation (JTBF) will hold its 1st Annual Summer Legal Institute on June 7-12. During this exciting 6 day program JTBF will engage, inspire and instruct 40 area minority high school students with the hopes of peaking their interest in a career in the law and supporting them as they make their way through the pipeline to the legal profession. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, this program is FREE to students.

Marion County Fair Queen Pageant

Game Camp!

Sign up today to attend one, two or all three gaming summer camps offered by the IU School of Informatics at IUPUI. Camps are taught by our faculty and open to high school students interested in game design, development and fun. Each camp costs $25 to attend.

IUPUI Nanotechnology Discovery Summer Camp

This a week-long day camp (June 14-18 or June 21-25) provides an opportunity for high school students entering their sophomore, junior, and senior years to explore the interdisciplinary field of nanotechnology at IUPUI. Nanotechnology concerns the control of matter in the nanometer scale. This cutting-edge field is becoming an essential part of science, engineering, medicine, and many other disciplines. The camp fee ($295) covers all camp materials and supplies, and includes daily lunch and the cost of one IUPUI course credit.

Senior Camp for students entering 10th, 11th, 12 grades (Fall 2010); held June 13-19: Aspiring veterinary healthcare professionals will experience first-hand the fascinating world of veterinary medicine.

Advanced Institute for Mathematics and Sciences (AIMS); This program gathers secondary school students and teachers from the community, in a guided inquiry environment, to enrich the science and math skills of both the students and the teachers.Each student will focus on one level of math and one level of science through hands-on and experiential learning. For students entering the 9, 10, 11 or 12th grade.

Wabash College Pre-College Summer Program

For young men entering grades 9, 10, 11, 12. Four different weekly sessions are available, from July 4 to July 31. Courses offered are: Experimental Physics, Creative Writing, Electronic Music and Circuit Bending, Life and Death - Ethics and Law, Persuasive Communication, Pharmaceutical Development, Revolutions, Social Psychology and Spanish Culture and Tradition. This program has been designed in partnership with Blueprint Admissions to help students explore life at a liberal arts college and remove some of the stress from the college application process. Students do not necessarily need to be interested in applying to Wabash.
