Celebration of the Arts: May 1

BCHS Unified Arts Department proudly presents their annual Celebration of the Arts on Monday, May 1, in the BCHS Main Gym! Come out and celebrate our outstanding student artists and musicians!
The art and photography show begins at 6:30 pm, featuring work from our talented student artists and photographers. At 7:00 pm, the BCHS Band, Concert Choir, and The Sounds of Silas will perform. The event is free and open to the public.

Used Uniform Sale is June 5; Donate your uniform to the sale!

Donate: Do you have BC uniforms that no longer fit anyone or are rarely worn? BCHS spiritwear that still has life in it? Are you a senior with no need for those uniforms after graduation? DONATE them to the Used Uniform Sale. Donations can be dropped off anytime at the Athletic office.
Used Uniform Sale: The sale is Monday, June 5, 5-7pm in the BCHS cafeteria. Uniform items are $5 each, cash or check only. Vintage spiritwear prices are $5 or less. All are welcome. Sponsored by the BCHS Trinity Parent Club, proceeds support Trinity Club-sponsored teacher meals.

Hayden Redelman is 9th Grade Serra Club Essay winner

Congratulations to BCHS freshman Hayden Redelman, the 9th grade division winner in this year's Serra Club of Indianapolis Vocations Essay Contest. Hayden read his essay on this year's topic of "Discipleship" at the annual awards luncheon, and he received a plaque and monetary award. Hayden is pictured with IHM Pastor Fr. Bob Sims and BCHS Vice President of Mission & Ministry & Principal, Deacon Rick Wagner.

Band and Choir win first place at mountain music festival

Congratulations to the Bishop Chatard band and choir! Each took 1st Place in their categories in the Smoky Mountain Music Festival in Gatlinburg, Tenn.

Congratulations to the Class of 2017 College Athletes

BCHS will honor eleven student-athletes in the Class of 2017 who will be playing sports in college at the annual Collegiate Athletic Breakfast on April 24. View the list of honorees here

Service Hours for all students
Senior Essay is due May 1

The deadline is May 1 for logging in your required 15 service hours for 2016/17. The senior essay deadline is also May 1. To check your logged in hours, go to the Filemaker app on your iPad and log in with [username: student] and [password: student]. Logged hours will then appear. Driver's Ed Classes

Registration for Driver's Ed classes this summer is now open. Two classroom sessions are available. In-car driving is arranged the first day of class. Cost is $380. Register and pay online. Don't delay. Sessions often fill up.
