Bishop Chatard High School
2010-2011 Parent Trinity Club Information & Volunteer Form

All Bishop Chatard parents are invited to participate in the Bishop Chatard Parent Trinity Club, the original parent group at Bishop Chatard. The Trinity Club hopes to model the relationship of parent-school-student on that of the Father-Son-Spirit, the very foundation of our faith.
The objectives of the Trinity Club are as follows:
  1. To promote open communication among the parents, teachers, administration, and students of Bishop Chatard High School
  2. To provide parents and teachers with information to aid in all aspects of the education, growth, and development of their students
  3. To promote good will and cooperation between and among Bishop Chatard parents, faculty, administration, students, board of regents, and the general public
  4. To direct and coordinate parental support of Bishop Chatard through assistance with various activities and social functions, including fund raising
  5. To foster the political action of parents as advocates regarding national, state, and local legislation that affects Catholic schools as well as the lives of students and parents

Ex-officio members include the president of Bishop Chatard High School or his/her delegated liaison and other ex-officio members as appointed by the president of the Trinity Club after consultation with the executive board.

Participation in the Trinity Club is open to the parents and guardians of all current Bishop Chatard students or of BCHS graduates. Trinity Club meetings will be announced on the BCHS Web site. Individual committees will meet as needed.

Can you help? Below is a brief description of the various committees of the Trinity Club and a volunteer form for the 2010-2011 school year. We hope that you will find some way to participate and offer your time and energy to this worthwhile effort. Please prayerfully consider what you may be able to offer.
