2011/2012 College Timeline for Seniors

Monday, Aug. 1
First day that seniors can request an electronic transcript (Etranscript) or an electronic secondary school report (ESSR). To request both, go to the Etranscript link on the right. Students must register themselves, not parents!

Friday, Oct. 7
The Living Rosary takes place in the morning. Many seniors take this opportunity to visit nearby colleges after the rosary.

Wednesday, Oct. 12
Campus Visit Day for seniors, No school. (PSAT/PLAN day for all other):
College Admissions offices tend to receive many requests for campus visits on this day. Call and schedule your student's visit early.

Tuesday, Nov. 1
Due date for all scholarship applications, Etranscripts and ESSR requests to be processed prior to Thanksgiving Break

Thursday, Dec. 1
Due date for all process scholarship applications, Etranscripts, and ESSR requests to be processed prior to Christmas Break

Monday, Dec. 5
College Financial Aid Information Night, 7 p.m. at BCHS. Once again, we are very pleased to have Kristine Butz, from Butler University's Office of Financial Aid, explain the FAFSA form.

Thursday, March 1
Due date for filing FAFSA (free application for federal student aid) - FAFSA must be filed for your student to be eligible for aid from the state of Indiana as well as aid from the federal government.
