New this year, PrepHQ is now the senior student's main college resource here at Bishop Chatard. Lists of college open houses, summer programs and scholarship opportunities will be available there. It will also be the main link for all important announcements and communications from the guidance department.

In the "My Organizer" area of the site, you can organize information from your high school activities, make a list of the colleges you are interested in, check your high school records, your application progress and much more. You can also see admission data for past classes at Bishop Chatard. Your BCHS counselor can access the information you enter and may send you emails based on your interests.

1. Click on the "PrepHQ" icon on the right. This will take you to prephq.com/?id=bishopchatard
2. Once in the website, at its left, click on "Click here to register" and continue to complete the registration process. You will need your school ID number, email address and a parent's email address.
3. Note: During the school year, the guidance department will use the email address you supply to send important announcements, so be sure to use an email that you will check often.
4. Registration could take 10-15 minutes. Please enter as much information about your career, college and major interests as possible. During the school year, information may be sent to you depending on your entries.
5. You can go back at any time and add or edit your profile.
6. You can also check the progress of the transcripts you requested through E-Transcript at PrepHQ. After the request has been received and processed, the BCHS guidance department will enter the status of your transcript in your PrepHQ profile. Simply click on "My Organizer", then the "Applications" tab to check the current status.
