The Little Sisters of the Poor St. Augustine Home is excited to be able to invite us back for our annual St. Augustine Prom on Friday April 14, 2023!

Time: 7:00-9:00 p.m. (Arrive at 6:30 and plan to stay after to help tear down)

Location: St. Augustine Home – 2345 W. 86th St. Indianapolis, IN 46260

Dress Code: Dress to impress! Details about dress code will be discussed at our meeting.

Information Meeting April 6: We will meet Thursday, April 6, during Seminar to discuss further details.

What is St. Augustine Prom?

For over 20 years, Bishop Chatard has been partnering with St. Augustine Home to put on a Prom for their elderly residents. Chatard students who volunteer get partnered up with a “date” for the evening and a fun night of music, entertainment, and dancing is had by all!

Who should sign up for St. Augustine Prom?

Anyone who is able to! We are looking for 80-90 students to volunteer for the evening! We are limited to 90 students for the event, so Juniors & Seniors will have priority, but Freshmen & Sophomores are encouraged to sign up!!

SERVICE HOURS: Any student who signs up can count the event for 4 service hours!! (Juniors and Seniors – this qualifies for your project! Juniors – “Visit the Sick,” Seniors – “Life and Dignity of the Human Person;” Freshmen & Sophomores – you can log these as BCHS hours)
