Answering Tough ‘Catholic’ Questions from Your Kids: Feb. 19

Parents face challenging questions from their children when it comes to topics such as homosexuality, same-sex attraction / marriage, birth control, co-habitation, pornography, and more.

Following our earlier BCHS Parent Village presentation on Keeping the Faith Alive at Home, several parents requested help with responding to those tough ‘Catholic questions’. They are looking for tips or key points they can make when talking with their children about the teachings of the Catholic Church.

We invite all BCHS and North Deanery grade school parents to the second in the 2018/19 series “BCHS Parent Village’ presentations: ‘Answering Tough ‘Catholic’ Questions from Your Kids’.

Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. at the BCHS Kyle Guyton Theatre (Room 102)

Fr. Jonathan Meyer will be the presenter. Fr. Meyer is the pastor of All Saints Parish in Dearborn County. He has been a featured speaker at multiple Catholic conferences and has spoken to high school groups on Theology of the Body.

Some foundational information will be provided, but the evening will use primarily a Q & A format. To help with planning, please send your question(s) ahead of time to rwagner@bishopchatard.org.

There is no cost to attend, but to help with the planning, please RSVP by noon on Friday, Feb. 15.
