Open House

Time: 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Join us at our 2026 Open House, as we open our doors and roll out the red carpet for all of our guests.
During this evening, you will have the opportunity to speak to current students, teachers, and administrators and get an up-close-and-personal look at our classrooms and facilities. You can also learn more about extracurricular clubs as well as the athletics and fine arts programs. In addition, you can browse through our Spirit Shop for your Bishop Chatard gear, and grab a bite to eat at the Trojan Horse.
The Open House is one of the best ways to get an overview of Bishop Chatard’s innovative and faith-based academic programs and hear from our own students about what makes Bishop Chatard special!

- Parking will be available in the Bishop Chatard parking lot (located between the school and athletic fields) and on the BCHS (east) side of Crittenden Ave. Please do not park on the west side of Crittenden Avenue. Overflow parking is also available after 6 pm in the Christ the King parking lot.
- The Trojan Horse, Bishop Chatard’s mobile tailgate, will be hosting a special Open House dinner in the parking lot outside the Door 10 entrance, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. While on campus, please stop by before or after your tour for a hamburger or hot dog!

Students: Shadow at BCHS!
All eighth-grade students are invited to join us for a full school day, during which they will attend classes, eat lunch, and participate in school activities with a current student. A shadowing experience is one of the most important ways for students to gain an authentic look at life at Bishop Chatard.

Parents: Join us for a Wednesdau Walk-Thru!
These sessions, held on select Wednesdays throughout the school year, give parents and guardians the opportunity to hear from current students and members of our leadership team and to tour the school while classes are in session. Each Wednesday Walk-Thru starts at 8:15 am and lasts approximately two hours. Space is limited, so registration is required.
