The Chief Information Officer (CIO), as the information technology leader for Bishop Chatard High School, embraces and supports the school’s Catholic mission by serving as a planning and visioning resource, as well as providing oversight of the Assistant Director of Technology and participate in the responsibilities of this position as needed. The CIO will also support the technology needs of the parishes and schools of the North Deanery of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.

At a minimum the successful candidate will have the following experiences and qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications; experience in an Information Technology role in the field; experience in managing operations and support services; hands-on experience with network, server, and cloud application administration; organizational leadership experience; and outstanding communication skills.

Bishop Chatard High School is seeking a full-time instructional assistant to join our Academic Support Program for the 2022-2023 school year. This is a long term position.

Prospective candidates should have a passion for helping students and the mission of Bishop Chatard High School, have high student expectations, and a personal desire to be the best. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.

The instructional assistant is supervised by the Director of Academic Support and assists teachers in the delivery of educational interventions, helping a variety of students to reach their educational goals. BCHS has two openings for Cashier/Prep Cooks. These are part-time with full-time potential. Weekends, holidays, & summers off. Duties include:

  • Operate Point of Sale Station (Cash Register)
  • Identify Reimbursable meal (Training Provided)
  • Preparing Food
  • Fill/Refill Drink Cooler & Snack Racks
  • Sanitize Cafeteria Tables Between Lunches

Qualifications for the job are:

  • Must be a team player
  • Portion food according to established guidelines
  • Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation (Sanitizing, Sweeping, & Mopping)
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs
  • Stock and Rotate Inventory Including Putting Away Delivery Truck When Needed
  • Ability to Fill other Stations as needed (Line Server, Cook, and Dishwasher)
