Congratulations to Jacob Arquette, Dylan Cornforth, Caden McQueen and Graydon Pivec, all from Indianapolis Troop 174, who recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout.
Rising senior Jacob Arquette earned the rank of Eagle Scout through a service project that benefited St. Luke Catholic School. His project included the construction of a staircase providing safer access between the gym and football field, as well as two benches overlooking the bocce courts for parishioners and visitors to enjoy.
Rising junior Dylan Cornforth earned the rank of Eagle Scout through a service project that benefited IPS Christian Park School 82 on Indianapolis’ near east side. His project included the construction of an outdoor classroom featuring tree-stump seating and a custom chalkboard, as well as three raised garden beds that support the school’s gardening program and provide fresh fruits and vegetables for students to enjoy.
Rising junior Caden McQueen earned the rank of Eagle Scout through a service project that benefited American Village. With the help of fellow Scouts, Caden completed several improvements across the campus, including handcrafted birdhouses, a “Little Free Library,” a rebuilt wooden bridge, and a raised garden bed for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Rising senior Graydon Pivec earned the rank of Eagle Scout through a service project that benefited the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry. His project included the construction of a walking path from the parking lot to the main entrance, providing clients with a safe, clean, and accessible route to the facility. Graydon and fellow Scouts also completed landscaping and grounds cleanup to further enhance the property.
Congratulations Trojans, on your accomplishment!
