Chatard-a-Bration is Bishop Chatard’s second biggest fundraiser and supports the Annual Fund. The Annual Fund provides tuition assistance for over half our students and helps us to more justly compensate our teachers.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our BCHS community, last year’s event raised over $380,000 for our Annual Fund. We continue to be inspired and grateful.

Now it’s time to kick off the excitement for Chatard-a-Bration 2027: Nashville Under the Stars, and it all begins with our Parent Gift Gathering Parties!

Parent Gift Gathering Parties

Each year parents of each class join together to raise funds for Chatard-a-Bration. This is a great way to make new friends, hangout with old friends, have fun being together, and for a great cause!

Our gift gathering parties are:

Freshman Parents Gift Party: August 15. RSVP here
Sophomore Parents Gift Party: October 3. RSVP details coming soon.
Junior Parents Gift Party: Date and RSVP details coming soon.

Opening Ceremonies

6:00 – 7:30 pm: Outdoor Cocktail Hour in Ski Village; Check in, register for the auction & purchase your bourbon pull and heads or tails chances
7:30 pm: Welcome and Prayer in Ski Lodge
7:40 pm: Indoor Buffet Dinner
8:15 – 9:15 pm: LIVE Auction, heads or tails, and Fund-A-Need
9:15 – 11:00 pm: Live entertainment by The Downstairs Dads
9:30 pm: Online Auction Closes

What to Wear to the Games

Think winter glam meets cozy mountain vibes! Bundle up in ski coats, hats, mittens, and boots for our outdoor cocktail hour. You can check your gear at the “Ski Rental” Coat Check before heading inside the “ski lodge” (Main Gym) for dinner and festivities. Jeans, sweaters, Olympic-inspired gear — anything festive, comfy, and creative is welcome. We can’t wait to see everyone’s Winter Games style!

View all “AUCTION ITEMS”
Click on the image of the item you are interested in.
On the next screen, enter your bid amount and click ‘Submit Bid’

Find the item and item number you want to bid on in the auction.
Locate your text message from Qtego.
Reply to the text message with the item number followed by your bid amount. Example: 114 100
