Congratulations to the BCHS Girls Lacrosse team as they defeated #1 Guerin Catholic in a nail-biter to become the 2A State Champion on May 30, 2026!
The Trojans started with a quick 3-0 lead. Halfway through the second quarter, they led 11-4, but Guerin pulled within 11-7 at halftime. Guerin came back in the third to end the third quarter at 12-12. In the beginning of the 4th quarter, the Trojans scored again to lead 13-12. Guerin then scored 2 quick goals to lead 14-13 with 5:39 to go. BCHS tied the game with just over three minutes to go and scored the go-ahead goal with under two minutes left, to win 15-14!
En route to the state game, BCHS defeated Reitz Memorial: 21-5, Heritage Christian: 23-8, and Zionsville 19-12.
