
The Bishop Chatard Women’s Giving Circle (WGC), a philanthropic initiative, brings together women of BCHS who are united by faith and a shared commitment to our Bishop Chatard community. With an annual donation and a three year commitment, members receive voting privileges in the grant selection process.

Each year, half of the WGC contributions go directly to the BCHS Endowment, and the other half funds member-selected project(s) or program(s), ranging from a student-driven idea (a club, service project, or experience) to a faculty- or staff-initiated program development or expansion.
Core Criteria for Projects
Successful project applications will meet our core criteria of:
- Supporting Bishop Chatard students
- Aligning with school priorities or initiatives
- Having a clear and measurable impact
- Being able to be completed within one year of approval.
Grant Details
- Proposals are due December 15, 2026.
- Awards will be announced on March 15, 2027.
- Grants are one-time, one-year grants.
- Grant awardees will have one year to complete their projects
- Grant awardees will be asked to submit an impact report highlighting outcomes and achievements.
- Grant applications are also accepted from students with direction and guidance from BCHS faculty and staff.
