BCHS Latinos Unidos invites all students to celebrate the 2025 Hispanic Heritage Month, with activates planned for all during the month.
- Sept. 22 (after school): Decorate the halls for the month’s festivities
- Sept. 24 (after school in SILAS West): Join us for a Lotería game and snacks. Win prizes!
- Oct. 1 – All School Mass: Our all-school mass will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month
- Oct. 2 – Cereal Cinema: Join us at 7:45 am in the BCHS Theatre to watch Encanto and eat some breakfast treats
- Oct. 8 – Piñata Party (after school): Make your own piñata in SILAS West
- Oct. 10 – Baila before the Bell (7:45 am in the gym): Close out Hispanic Heritage Month & celebrate the start of Fall break with an early morning dance party
- Ongoing: Read portraits and descriptions of notable Hispanics connected to each subject area in the school (posted near the classroom doors)
