Parents of incoming freshmen and transfer students are invited to join Bishop Chatard school leaders on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 6:30 pm in the BCHS Varsity Gym for Incoming Parent Info Night. At this meeting, you will be introduced to some of the individuals who will be instrumental in your child’s high school journey, and we will share important information about policies and procedures at Bishop Chatard.

Daily drop-off and pick-up procedures
School lunch offerings and meal payment
School uniforms
Parent communications
Reporting of student absences, late arrivals or early departures

Used Uniform Sale: June 17
While at Bishop Chatard for the Incoming Parent Info Night, visit our annual Used Uniform Sale, where you can find approved uniform apparel at discount prices. The sale will be held in the BCHS Auxiliary Gym from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Polos, shorts, pants, sweatshirts and other items will be available. Cash, check or credit card payments will be accepted.
Spirit Shop will be open June 17
The Bishop Chatard Spirit Shop will be open for shopping as well during the Info Night! Popular spirit wear items that your Trojan will enjoy wearing this summer and in the year ahead are in stock. Stop by while at Used Uniform Sale or parent meeting, or visit the online Spirit Shop at your convenience!
Mark Your Calendars: Incoming Freshmen and Transfer STUDENT Orientations are in August
Freshman and transfer student orientations will be held in August to welcome and acclimate new students. At these meetings, upperclassmen will share “must know” student information, and freshmen and transfer students will have the opportunity to walk their class schedules to prepare for the 2025-2026 school year. Specific dates for those orientation sessions will be provided in late July.
