Bishop Chatard will have a Sports Physical Night on Thursday, July 9, 2026 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at BCHS. Nurses Direct Connect will be hosting this Sports Physical Clinic. Fall Sport Athletes especially: Get your physical before the July 23 deadline!
To register for an appointment, visit www.nursesdirectconnect.com and select the BCHS Physicals 7/9 4-8pm ONLY option. Cost of the IHSAA physicals is $35. Payment can be made by credit card, cash, or check when you check-in for your appointment Anthem Hoosier Healthwise Medicaid is also accepted.

About the IHSAA Physical for Sports
The IHSAA requires students participating in any sports for the 2026-27 school year to have a current signed physical dated April 30, 2026 or later to be eligible to practice, scrimmage, or tryout.
The deadline for physicals for Fall Sports (girls golf and volleyball, boys tennis, cross country, all soccer, cheer, and football) is Thursday, July 23, 2026. The sports that are offered in the fall are Girls Golf, Boys Tennis, Cross Country (Boys & Girls), Soccer (Boys & Girls), Girls Volleyball, Cheer, and Football
