Virtual Parent-Teacher Conferences: Oct. 29, 30

Bishop Chatard High School will host Virtual Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday, Oct. 29, and Friday, Oct. 30, 2020. All conferences will be conducted individually online via Google Meet. Each parent should have received an email from the school with links to signup with a teacher for a virtual conference. Appointments can be made from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. on Thurs., Oct. 29, and and from 8:00 – 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 30.
Students will have an early dismissal on Thursday at 2:16 p.m.

Quarter One report cards were sent via email to each parent/guardian through School Messenger on October 18.

Trojans Together Days: No School

As a reminder, the first “Trojans Together” day will take place Friday, Oct. 30. Students are not required to be in school either in person or virtually. Students are encouraged to use this time to catch up on missing work or to prepare for upcoming assessments.

The second “Trojans Together” day is Friday, Nov. 6, the day after our 2020 Trojan Tour, this year’s open house. Students will also be dismissed early on Thurs., Nov. 5, at 1:35 p.m. in preparation for the Trojan Tour.

The Bishop Chatard leadership team remains grateful for your continued partnership and support of students and teachers. We look forward to a successful completion of the first semester.

Congrats to @BishopChatardHS Principal Joe Hansen on being named the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Principal of the Year and its nominee for the 2021 National Catholic Education Association’s (NCEA) Lead. Learn. Proclaim. Award!
