Registration is now open for the Spring Open Gyms for any girls, grades 6, 7, and 8, who are interested in improving their basketball skills. We will meet 2-3 times a week in March and April. Come for one or all sessions! View schedule and online registration details.
Bishop Chatard Summer Camps
Bishop Chatard offers a variety of camps that encourage 1st through 8th grade students to explore new interests and hone current skills. Athletic and enrichment camps appeal to students interested in theatre, technology, music, sports, community service, art and more. Half and full-day camps are available, or your child may bring a lunch and experience different camps in our morning and afternoon sessions.

Easter Egg Hunt: April 15
All children, parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles are invited to the join the children for the annual BCHS Easter Egg Hunt on Sat., Apr. 15 on the lawns of BCHS.

Registration for the 7th Grade Placement Test
Registration is now open for the High School Placement Test for current 7th grade students to be given on Sat., May 13. This is a practice test to get used to the format, but students may use the score from this test as part of their admission application next fall. Details and online registration
Divine Mercy Documentary Film: April 19
Join Tekton Ministries and the greater Indianapolis Catholic community on April 19th, 7pm at the Glendale Theater (6102 N. Rural St.) for a showing of 'The Original Image of Divine Mercy', a documentary about the original masterpiece commissioned by St. Faustina. The movie includes appearances by Bishop Robert Barron, comedian Jim Gaffigan, musician Harry Connick Jr., and Cardinal Dziwisz of Krakow. It should be a great night of faith and film! Parties, Pills & Pot: Rite of Passage or Russian Roulette? April 26
Family doctor Amy LaHood will be leading a presentation with discussion to educate parents about the risks of teen drug and alcohol use and inform the community about the current heroin epidemic. This presentation will take place at St. Pius X Parish, Ross Hall, on Wed., April 26 at 7:00pm. The purpose of the discussion is to empower parents to minimize their child's risk of drug and alcohol abuse and addiction. The talk is geared to any parents of children in middle school or high school, although anyone is welcome.
The Mystery of Marriage: May 6
This enrichment day for married and engaged couples will be held on Sat., May 6, from 12-5pm at Nativity Catholic Church. Day includes lunch and a three-part afternoon lecture by Dr. Tim O'Malley, author and director of Notre Dame Center for Liturgy. Visit nativityindy.org/mysteryofmarriage for details.
Spring Pilgrimage to Shrines: May 5, 6
Fr. Theodore Rothrock will lead an overnight pilgrimage to shrines in Chicago and Holy Hill, WI, on May 5-6. All are invited. Cost is $228/person, including meals, transportation and lodging. View full information and registration details.
Echo Heart Screening for Student-Athletes: June 5, July 24
Echo heart screenings will be performed at St. Vincent Medical Group Cardiology on June 5 and July 24. These are open to students entering 6th grade (fall 2017) to high school seniors. Cost is $20. Pre-registration is required. Details about these screenings
