All Bishop Chatard families are required to have a tuition payment plan set up in their BCHS FACTS account by May 20, 2026. Your BCHS FACTS account will show the charges for your student(s) and tuition will be paid via the FACTS portal. It is a safe and convenient method of handling your BCHS tuition responsibility.
- Set up your payment plan by May 20, 2026.
- Receive a 5% discount ($200 maximum per family) if you pay in full by July 15
- The FACTS account you used for your financial aid application is the same one used to set up your tuition payment plan. Login with that username/password to set up your tuition payment plan.
Current Families
- Your current Bishop Chatard FACTS payment plan will carry over to the new year.
- You do not need to do anything unless you want to change your plan.
- To change the frequency of your payments, please contact Bob Bell at bbell@bishopchatard.org.
Families New to BCHS
You will need to setup a payment plan.
To set up a payment plan:
- Sign in to your BCHS FACTS account (this is the same link and login as your financial aid application.)
- Choose ‘payment plans’, and work through all the screens, hitting NEXT until you are finished.
- Please note: You have not completed your FACTS payment plan agreement until you have entered your student’s name, your banking info, agreed to the Terms and Conditions, and then hit ‘Submit’.
I don’t have any current FACTS account
If you don’t have any FACTS account in place through your child’s current school and you didn’t submit a financial aid application through the BCHS FACTS link, you are a ‘New User’. Follow the directions for New Users to enroll in BCHS FACTS and choose a payment plan. Then follow the payment plan setup directions below.You must setup your payment plan by May 20. .

I have a FACTS account at a different school but not at BCHS
If you did not create a BCHS FACTS account by submitting a BCHS financial aid application but have a FACTS account established with another school, you still need to enroll through the BCHS FACTS portal to add a BCHS FACTS agreement to your account . Use the username/password from your previous school and the link below to enroll in the BCHS FACTS account. Once enrolled, add the BCHS FACTS payment plan agreement to your BCHS FACTS account. (You cannot add a BCHS FACTS payment plan to your BCHS account without using the Bishop Chatard link). You must enroll and setup a payment plan in BCHS FACTS by May 21.
