By the end of the school year, all students must reconcile their accounts.
Seniors must pay off any balances due in order to pick up their cap and gown.
End-of-the-year accounts with remaining funds
For Seniors (and those transferring out of BCHS) only
- Balances under $25 will be donated back to the school unless a formal request is made by May 15, 2026.
- Account balances may be transferred to incoming family members by a formal parental request (via phone or email).
- Donate Balances: There is an option to donate the funds back to the school via the “Angel Fund,” if you would like to assist other households that are in financial need with their cafeteria balance. Contact Mr. Dlugosz to set this up.
- Positive balance over $25: Seniors (and any student transferring out) with a positive balance over $25 will be refunded via check 7-10 business days after graduation.
