Spare time? Borrow a book from the new Trojan Stacks -- currently located in the Student Life Center and Room 302, with more to come. Grab a book and keep it for as long as you need. Return to any Trojan Stack when you're finished. No sign outs or need to ask. What is Trojan Stacks?
  • Spring Blood Drive is April 10 (Fri): Signup here. Two Area 2 service hours are earned for donating
  • Cinderella -Spring Musical is April 16-18: Ticket Information
  • 'The Greatest Spectacle' Prom is April 25: Purchase your ticket by April 24 Info & Ticket Form
  • Latinos Unidos Meeting - April 7 (Tues) - 8am in Silas West. See Señora Arteaga for more info.
  • Charity Spirit Day: April 7: Bring $2 to your first class to wear spirit wear and jeans or sweats! No leggings or athletic shorts. Donations are going to support Best Buddies.
  • FLEX Schedule - April 7 (Tues): After 2nd period. The junior and senior Walk-a-Thon Leaders will be coming into all Flex classes to launch Walk-a-Thon 2026! To prepare for this, please bring a list of 5 emails/phone numbers that you'll be able to send the fundraising link to.
    • Please bring your cell phone or another personal device to FLEX. School emails can't send messages outside BCHS, so you'll need a personal device to send the fundraising link. As soon as you are done sending the information, phones should go back in caddies as usual.

  • Talent Show Auditions - April 10 (Fri): After school in the Music Room. If you are interested in performing, please fill out this form: 2026 Talent Show Audition Sign-Up. Reach out to Mr. Knight or Mr. Zavaleta for more info.
  • Black Student Union Outing - April 10 (Fri): BSU is heading to Mississippi Belle. Meet in Mrs. Horan's room at 2:20pm or at the restaurant at 2:30 pm. Cash only. All students are welcome. Sign up here!
  • Climbing Club Outing: April 10 (Fri): Meet at BCHS Door 10 @ 2:45pm. Sign up here. Transportation is provided, but if you plan to drive yourself, you need to let Mr. Wessel know ASAP. See Mr. Wessel for more information.
  • Dad's Day Breakfast - April 28: Former NFL lineman and BCHS alum Zach Martin will be the speaker. Don't forget to remind your Dad (and/or mom, grandparent, etc.). Info & RSVP

Christian Service Opportunities

Area 1 Opportunities: Service to BCHS, Parish or Faith Community

  • Peer Tutor Club: If you are in National Honors Society/Spanish National Honors Society/SUMMA, need service hours, or just want to help your fellow classmates, then you can join the Peer Tutor Club! Fill out the survey! Someone from Guidance will be in touch with you when someone is looking for a tutor. Sign up here
  • BCHS Mass Setup (each week): BCHS Campus Ministry could use help setting up for Mass each week. Meet in the main gym during Silas to help out and earn an Area 1 Service Hour!
  • Christ the King Babysitting - April 17: Christ the King is looking for students interested in babysitting in Tuohy Hall on April 17th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. as part of their Families of Young Children Date Night. Sign up here!

  • Free SAT, AP, and Math Tutoring via Schoolhouse.world for grades 8-12. Free tutoring for SATs, math courses, and Advanced Placement (AP) courses. Live small-group tutoring via Zoom will focus on SAT reading, writing, and math as well as AP course tutoring in calculus, statistics, chemistry, biology, physics, and computer science.
