Updating your contact information
During the School Year
Changes in email, phone or address contact information should be sent to the BCHS Counseling Department at guidance@bishopchatard.org.
SCHOOL MESSENGER and Phone Number Changes
After you have submitted a change in phone number as directed above, you’ll need to opt in to School Messenger, our phone and text alert system, with the new phone number. Allow 24 hours after a phone number change before opting in to School Messenger with your new number.

Receiving BCHS Parent Newsletters and other Email News
Bishop Chatard distributes a parent e-newsletter on Wednesdays during the school year. If you are not receiving our parent newsletters or would like to receive them at additional emails, please contact Olivia Smith, Communications Coordinator, at osmith@bishopchatard.org.
