Immersion Trips

Mission/Immersion Service Trips

BCHS offers several opportunities throughout the year for students to experience the culture of other communities while serving people in an area outside of our city through immersion mission trips.

Christian Service Immersion Trips (CSI) will meet the Christian Service requirement for junior and senior year (i.e. if you are a junior, it will fulfill your junior year service hour requirements)! Further, if you wish to attend an international CSI trip (ex. El Salvador) in the future, you must first attend a domestic trip.

CSI: Cincinnati -- Tau House Christian Service Immersion Trip: Oct. 17-22, 2021

Do you want to serve the wider community, go deeper in faith, and have fun? Looking for something to do over Fall Break?

Grab a friend and come join us for CSI: Cincinnati at Tau House during Fall Break 2021! We will be serving at different sites including Saint Vincent de Paul’s food pantry and garden, Habitat for Humanity, and organizations serving refugees and immigrants.
Email Ms. Steiner at Lsteiner@bishopchatard.org or stop by Campus Ministry for more info.

Students of all grade levels are welcome! This service immersion will fulfill your Christian Service hours if you are a junior or senior.

Registration is full. Contact Ms. Steiner to be added to the waiting list.

Permission form to be completed by a parent/guardian is required.
